This website does not offer any commercial (copyrighted) ROM Packs of games. Unfortunately, due to the method of encryption and security, updates can be hundreds of MBs, so ideally it might be worth waiting till the project is completed. While the game was well-received in its native Japan. It’s not 100% completed, although minor updates seem to be coming quite regularly. Happy new year A group of dedicated fans have created an English language patch for the Japan-only PSP tactical RPG Valkyria Chronicles 3. It’ll also work for both the Vita and PSP versions of the game, although the patching process is different depending on what you’re playing.įans are obviously very excited, although those that can wait might want to. It’ll work for the most part, but won’t be an ideal experience (there will be some voices swapped, amongst other issues). The patch was only really made for the Extra Edition version of Valkyria Chronicles 3, so if you have the regular edition you may find it a bit choppy in parts. This is great news for all the English fans out there who were yet to get to play the latest in the franchise! It will be interesting to see how it’s rated compared to countries like Japan who have been playing it for a while. Valkria Chronicles 3, the tactical RPG from SEGA, has finally been translated into English for the very first time. Supposed to be funny, but instead scaring the shit out of most people.Īnyway, it was still a enjoyable game (people had fun with Amnesia even though it was scary) and actually quite hard sometimes (which only added to the horror, because it always made you feel like Professor Pointhead beat you when you lost).Author: Dorit Vaknine Category: News, PS3 News, Role-playing, Strategy, Vita News, Date: 7th January, 2014 This is not even one of the scariest things I've seen in these games (it's not even that scary to be fair), but there's not alot I could find on the web and this should give you a general idea. Short tutorial on how to apply english patch on Valkyria Chronicles 3 E2 game, just follow what I've shown to you, and hopefully it will work at your end as. THAT'S NOT AN EFFECT GAMES FOR CHILDREN ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE! I was seriously afraid this guy would show up when I would go to the toilet at night to kill me or something like that when I was six. This game takes itself so serious, the game actually become scary instead of goofy. Just look at him! And the bunny at the end, sound of the gun and big stone statues. Most of you will not understand the song since it's dutch, but it should be obvious there is nothing funny or dumb about this guy. This is a song from the third game where Bob the Bear goes to Easter Island, and Professor Pointhead has made some kind of device to turn easter bunnies into stone (don' ask why, just go with it). Now imagine someone like Gargamel without the dumb and funny part, that's what 'Bas de Beer' does with it's main bad guy Professor Punthoofd ('Professor Pointhead' in english). Do you know how they make it obvious that something is supposed to be scary in cartoons for children and things like that? The main bad guy for example he's usually evil and a bit scary (to kids at least), but he's also dumb and funny enough to not make little Timmy pee his pants. There's no blood, gore, jumpscares or anything like that (it's still a game for children of course), but it did gave me some serious nightmares as a 6-year old. No, I'm not kidding, these games are the scariest shit ever. But in fewer words it's the Amnesia of kids-entertaiment. It's an innocent-looking interactive cartoon with really bad pre-rendered 3D, minigames and even musical-style songs in between.
